*On Tuesdays we have Holy Hour at 8:00PM and  Exposition is extended through the evening hours as long as the Sisters wish. 

*We keep silence every day from 9:00PM till 9:00AM

On Wednesdays we have more time set aside for prayer and solitude.  Every Wednesday our whole morning is set aside for prayer. Once a month we can choose to use the entire day for prayer.

Also we fast and keep silence on Wednesdays and Fridays (except for work reasons or ministry).  The silence is broken at dinner.
