O
ur primary call is to a life of prayer and penance,
and to the witness of our consecrated lives. We seek to serve the Lord and others by making
intercession, reparation, and atonement, begging the Lord to open the floodgates of
His mercy. Motivated by this desire, we observe regular periods of silence, fasting, and
more intense times of prayer and solitude in hermitages.
The heart of our life of prayer is the Eucharist which we celebrate daily in
Holy Mass and Eucharistic adoration.

this Eucharistic grace of communion and self-gift. Therefore, we consider the celebration of

Eucharistic Adoration: "Jesus in the Eucharist teaches and empowers us to become poor,
humble, and vulnerable in giving ourselves to others so that they may come to know the
merciful love of God."
